well, our film seems to be striking a chord in the UK. Is it because they are fans of Nick Cave? Or because they are big fans of poetry and wordy literature? Maybe a combination. In addition to being selected for the Raindance Film Festival in London and The Small World Animation Festival in Barnsley, Yorkshire the film has just recently been selected to screen in Bradford Animation Festival (Our first short film ‘Fritz Gets Rich’ Leeds International Film Festival and Cine-City Brighton Film Festival (Nick Cave’s home town). It will also recieve its Irish premiere at the Foyle Film Festival (See screening times section for more details).
We have also recived a nomination for Best Short Animation at this year’s IF (Inside Film) Awards. The IF Awards is Australia’s people’s choice of film awards. Throughout the year festival goers vote for films at cinemas, festivals and online.
